Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ Set to Launch as World’s Thinnest Curved Phone with 5.95mm Frame

Infinix is gearing up to make waves in the smartphone market with the upcoming Infinix Hot 60 Pro+, which is expected to be the world’s thinnest curved-screen phone, measuring just 5.95mm thick. This bold move follows the success of last year’s Infinix Hot 50 Pro Plus, which gained popularity for its sleek 6.8mm curved AMOLED design and budget-friendly price.

Renowned tech leaker Ice Universe has shared hands-on images of the device, including one where the phone’s ultra-slim profile is measured with calipers, confirming its record-breaking thinness. In a comparison shot with the iPhone 15, the Hot 60 Pro+ looks impressively razor-thin, possibly featuring a triple camera setup with a slight rear bump.

While Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge holds the record in the flat screen category at 5.85mm, and Apple’s rumored iPhone 17 Air might debut at 5.5mm, Infinix is taking a different route. Rather than showcasing the innovation in its flagship lineup, the brand is bringing cutting-edge slim design to its entry-level Hot series, offering premium looks and features at a fraction of the price.

The Hot 50 Pro Plus was a surprise hit in emerging markets like Pakistan, offering a 120Hz refresh rate, 1080p resolution, and a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging, 10W reverse wired, and bypass charging support. Despite its affordability, it packed a solid Helio G100 chipset and ran on Android 14.

The Hot 60 Pro+ is expected to bring incremental upgrades across all categories while pushing design boundaries. While the full specs haven’t been confirmed yet, fans can expect curved AMOLED display enhancements, improved camera features, and possibly a stronger chipset.

With its impending launch just around the corner, Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ is poised to redefine what users can expect from budget smartphones, especially in the ultra-thin smartphone segment.
