Xiaomi Poco F7 Global Launch Expected in June After NBTC Certification: Likely Rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 Pro

The upcoming Xiaomi Poco F7 is inching closer to its global debut, having just cleared the NBTC certification in Thailand. Assigned the model number 25053PC47G, the certification strongly hints at a June launch for global markets. Initially tipped for a May release, the timeline now seems more aligned with a rollout next month.

NBTC Certification Confirms Global Debut

The “G” in the model number signifies a global version, confirming that the Poco F7 is not just limited to regional markets. With the NBTC regulatory clearance in hand, all eyes are now on Xiaomi for an official launch announcement.

Rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 Pro?

Industry insiders and tech leakers suggest that the Poco F7 is likely a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 Pro, a device that is currently exclusive to China. Xiaomi is known for rebranding Redmi Turbo models for global markets under the Poco banner, and this seems to be no exception.

If the leaks hold true, the Poco F7 could come equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, 12GB or 16GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, marking it as a near-flagship smartphone with powerful internals and premium build.

Display and Performance Specs

The device is said to feature a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR brightness up to 3200 nits, making it ideal for gaming, content consumption, and multimedia use.

Camera and Battery Features

On the camera front, the Poco F7 may offer a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 20MP selfie camera housed in a punch-hole cutout. While it may not compete with flagship camera setups, it is expected to deliver reliable performance for everyday photography.

Powering the device could be a 7550mAh battery with 90W fast charging, although the global variant might see a slightly reduced battery size due to regulatory norms. Still, users can expect long-lasting battery life paired with ultra-fast charging.
